Current PPA Members interested in working Union Overtime (OT) must be off probation.
SUBMIT your Application for the Job/s that fit your schedule.
You will receive an Email confirmation that your Application has been Submitted.
This does not mean that you have been assigned, it just means that you are available and would like to work this job.
Union O.T. Team received Applications and makes job Assignments.
Job Assignments are sent via Email with all the job details.
Your Job ASSIGNMENT email notification means that you are assigned the job and expected to be there at the appointed time.
Show up on time.
Submit your digital time sheet to fiscal.
The Union OT Program sorts Job Applications based on seniority and when members last worked Union OT. The Union OT Team assigns Job Applicants and the Job Assignment is sent via email.
If you’ve applied for a job and the job has not yet been assigned, you can delete your application.
My Jobs, you’ll see a list of all the jobs for which you’ve applied and the jobs for which you’ve been assigned.
If the status is “APPLIED,” then click the job link which takes you back to the job page.
Scroll down and click the “DELETE” button.

To ensure that you receive all emails from the PPA, your email provider needs to know that the PPA is a trusted contact. Emails like the Weekly Updates and general PPA items are sent from firstname.lastname@example.org. And, emails for Union O.T. triggered when you apply for a job and when you are assigned a job come from email@example.com.
Typically, your mail program should allow emails that are coming from one of your contacts. So, the easiest method is to add the following emails to your address list/contacts:
Your email server (icloud, gmail, yahoo, hotmail, etc), how you receive your emails (phone, computer), what you use to view them (outlook, apple mail, an app), and the preferences you establish all play a role in making sure you get the emails you want to see. After you’ve added the above emails to your contacts if you still aren’t getting Special Duty emails, let us know and we can trouble shoot.
It is your responsibility to arrange for a replacement if you are unable to fulfill an assigned job. Your replacements MUST indicate that they worked for you when submitting digital time sheets to fiscal in order to facilitate timely pay. There is no need to contact the PPA office regarding replacements.

» Internal Order & Time Code (ex. Apple Store/Secondary Employment)
All Special Duty will be labeled Secondary Employment Overtime
Select Special Duty Job require specific certification. To update your certifications, contact the PPA Office.
