PPA Opens the Dane Reister Expense Fund
Portland, ORE – November 22, 2011 –
The PPA has opened an account at Advantis Credit Union in support of Dane Reister. The account # is 721110.
As Officer Reister takes on this case, he will need financial support for his family’s needs and legal expenses. We are asking all PPA members to help out in this time of need for Officer Reister.
This was an accident, not a criminal act. Dane acted in good faith, with the intent to preserve the safety of the community. The correct arena for this is the internal Portland Police Bureau review process, not in the Multnomah County Circuit Court system.
The account is named the Dane Reister Expense Fund set up to assist Officer Reister.
