                              RESULTS OF ELECTION

 

All Police members of the Fire and Police Disability and Retirement Fund are hereby notified that:

 

Pursuant to Section 5-201 of the Charter of the City of Portland and pursuant to the rules of the Board of Trustees -

 

An Election to fill the term of one Police member of the Board of Trustees was scheduled. Ballots for the election were mailed on December 5, 2012  with ballots to be returned postmarked no later than December 18, 2012.  The election ballots were counted on December 21, 2012.

 

The following are the results of the election.

Robert C. Foesch        -           174

Lisa Clayton                -           28

David R. Stanton        -           10

Peter D. Helzer           -           28

Peter Hurley                -           13

Brian D. Hunzeker      -           44

Joe Churella                -           43

Invalidated Ballots     -           0

 

Robert C. Foesch is elected to a three-year term beginning January 1, 2013.
